(Leftover) Rice Pudding
Ingredients:

2 cups rice, cooked
3 cups milk
12 cup sugar
14 teaspoon salt
18 teaspoon nutmeg, to taste
2 teaspoons vanilla
12 cup raisins
1 teaspoon cinnamon (to taste)

Instruction:

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat over medium-high and stir often until milk and rice thicken, about 20 minutes or so. Put into dessert cups and chill until ready to eat.
