5 Layer Dinner Recipe
Ingredients:

(Main course)
1 lb Hamburger
1/3 c. Minced Onion Salt and Pepper (to taste)
2 tsp Chili Pwdr
4 med Potatoes (Sliced Thin)
1/3 c. Dry White Rice
1/3 c. Minced Green Pepper
1 x #2 Can of Diced Tomatoes
1/3 c. Water
1/3 c. Catsup

Instruction:

Brown hamburger and onion in skillet till brown. Add in salt, pepper and chili pwdr - cook for another minute or possibly two to mix. Remove meat mix from pan - layer in your potatoes in bottom of same pan. Pour dry rice on top of potatoes. Then layer the meat mix next - then the green pepper. Don't STIR. Pour can of tomatoes with juice on top. Then mix the water and catsup together and pour over entire mix. Place lid on pan and cook on low for 30 min. Don't STIR. When finished you have a very pretty presentable meal which is nicely complimented with corn bread sticks.
