24 oysters
125 grams black caviar
125 grams st agur blue cheese
24 thin sliced dark rye bread , or a rye cracker


Open the oysters,or let fishmonger do this, discard liquid inside .Ensure any shell flakes are remove.Chill for 20 -30 minutes. Add a teaspoon of caviar onto each oyster ,then present on a servingplate. Cut cheese into small pieces and top your bread or cracker with this,serve with the oyster. Works so well together. If you can not find St Agur use any mild creamy blue veined cheese
