Vegetarian Japche

200 grams Konnyaku noodles (or cellophane noodles)
1 Green pepper
1 Carrot
1 Chinese chives
1 optional Bean sprouts
1 Vegi-meat (I usually use a beef flavored one)
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Mirin
1 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Gochujang
1 Garlic (grated or tubed)


Boil the konnyaku noodles for 2-3 minutes (boiling will help get rid of their smell). Cut the green pepper, carrot, and chives into equal pieces. Combine the ingredients. Heat the konnyaku without oil. Once the liquid has evaporated, add the sesame oil, vegetables, and vegi-meat, and stir-fry.
