*ari*/sig Nutty Blue Cheese and Pear Muffiin

2 1/2 cup self-raising flour
1 cup chopped pecan nuts
1 cup ( 150 g)) soft blue cheese
1 can ( 425 g) ,pear halves drained ,chopped
1 tsp cracked black pepper
2 eggs,slightly beaten
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk


Grease 12 hole muffin pan . Sift flour into large bowl,stir in nuts ,pepper, cheese, pears,then add oil and milk. Spoon the mixtureinto prepared pan, sprinkle with extra pepper. Bake in a moderately hot oven about 20 minutes.
