[Low-carb] Easy Mashed Potato-style Okara

100 grams Fresh okara
200 ml Soy milk
50 grams Easy melting cheese
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Pepper


Put the okara and soy milk into a pot. Mix well and then turn on the heat to medium. Once Step 1 begins to bubble, add the salt and cheese. Mix well. When the cheese has melted, stir until it becomes as thick as you want. Optionally season with pepper and it's done. It's of course a great side dish to any meat menu, and it also tastes rice replacer when having curry.
