Chocolate Cinnamon Bread Pudding

6 cups Cubed Stale Bread
1/2 cups Chocolate Chips
2 cups Milk
3 whole Eggs
1 Tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
1/2 cups Packed Light Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Whipped Topping (optional)


1. Preheat oven to 350 F. 2. Place the bread cubs in a greased 2-quart baking dish. 3. Add the chocolate chips over the bread cubes. 4. In a medium-sized mixing bowl whisk together the milk, eggs, cinnamon, light brown sugar and vanilla extract. 5. Pour the milk mixture over the bread cubes. 6. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the custard is set. 7. Serve warm with a side of whipped cream.
