Ingredients:

2 strawberry slices
1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
Ice
2 ounces blanco tequila
1 ounce amaro (bittersweet Italian liqueur)
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 ounces chilled rose Champagne
1 edible pansy (optional)

Instruction:

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberry slices with the Simple Syrup. Add ice and the tequila, amaro and lemon juice and shake well. Strain into a white wine glass, top with the Champagne and garnish with the pansy.
