Ingredients:

8 ounces fine oatmeal
12 tablespoon fat
14 teaspoon salt
12 teaspoon baking soda
warm water

Instruction:

Mix dry ingredients. Rub in the fat. Add enough water to form a stiff, but pliable dough. Roll out 1/8-inch thick; cut out small circles. Cook on a griddle for 5 minutes, turning once. For crisper, bake at 350 for a few more minutes.
